- Provide creative leadership across a range of experiential campaigns, events, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and deliver cohesive creative solutions across both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Guide the full creative lifecycle—from concept development through to final execution.
- Develop strong client partnerships by deeply understanding their brand, interpreting briefs, and translating ideas into impactful creative work.
- Lead and motivate creative teams with clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and a collaborative spirit.
- Clearly present and articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and clients, championing ideas while staying open to feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, maintaining alignment with the client’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Bring a proven background in concepting, designing, and executing memorable brand experiences.
- Have at least 7 years of experience working with clients in a creative or agency setting.
- Confidently showcase a portfolio of work that reflects your range, vision, and attention to detail.
- Approach challenges with action and determination—because for you, there’s no such thing as “try.”
- Strong interest and experience in the RFP process
- Highly skilled at crafting concepts and designs that connect with and engage the intended audience
- Create work that aligns seamlessly with the client’s brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong capabilities in Keynote and Google Slides
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept through final delivery
- Known for a sharp eye and strong attention to detail
- Experienced in experiential marketing and/or large-scale event production
- Comfortable collaborating with external partners, including vendors, agencies, and creative specialists
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with 2D and 3D design in physical or built environments
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
