Program Manager II

We are looking for a Program Manager II for a Computers and Electronics Manufacturing client in Austin, TX. This will be a 6 month contract that requires a hybrid work schedule of Tue, Wed, and Thur onsite. Please only apply if you’re local and willing to work in an office.

Description

In this role you’ll be responsible for material planning, forecasting, and readiness to enable technology development, new product development, supply qualification and factory readiness. This role is a primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s).

• 3 years of experience managing the materials needed for new products. This includes: Planning and forecasting material needs, ensuring materials are ready for each stage of development and production, managing the budget and spending for these materials
• New Product Introduction supply chain management experience
• Lead daily or weekly supply planning meetings with Manufacturer Partners
• Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedule. Drive closure of materials issues
  
  

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $52.32-$57.68 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
