Production Coordinator, Experiences

We are looking for a Production Coordinator for a 12-month contract for our entertainment client on-site in Los Angeles with occasional travel to Las Vegas.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, integrating, and coordinating the design and delivery of specific experience sites, helping to shepherd the project from Concept development through opening. You will be the hub of communication and connection for the team, tracking key action items, consistently maintaining a broad perspective of day-to-day project workflows, identifying roadblocks and minimizing duplicative efforts.

• Demonstrated, 5 years of work experience ideally in the themed entertainment or location based entertainment industry. Some level of field/on-site experience preferred.
• Communicate to cross-functional partners, such as Marketing, Comms, PR, Licensing, IP, Legal, Content and Music. Keep key members informed, solicit feedback and implement when appropriate.
• Liaise with third party vendors and partners, including creative agencies, production vendors, ticketing, marketing, and site operations.
• Build presentation decks for executive reviews, local municipality, and external partners.
• Track action items and project milestones, framing up key project team decisions to ensure issue resolution takes place in a timely manner.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $55-$65 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
