We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Handyman Professional to help keep our facilities in great shape.
As our Dealership Maintenance Professional, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our facilities running smoothly. Your work will ensure a comfortable and safe environment for employees and customers.
Responsibilities Include:
? General Facility Repairs – Patch drywall, replace ceiling tiles, fix doors, and handle other day-to-day repair needs.
? Plumbing – Address minor leaks, clogged drains, and other basic plumbing maintenance.
? Light Electrical Work – Replace ballasts, install light fixtures, troubleshoot minor electrical issues, and ensure proper functionality.
? Carpentry & Minor Construction – Install shelving, repair furniture, and complete small projects as needed.
? Exterior Maintenance – Keep signage, lighting, and walkways in great shape.
? Vendor Coordination – Work with third-party contractors for larger repairs when needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
? Handy & Skilled – You have experience with general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and minor carpentry.
? Problem-Solver – You can troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently.
? Reliable & Organized – You take pride in your work and can manage multiple tasks.
? Team Player – You’ll work closely with dealership staff and leadership to keep everything running smoothly.
? Experience Matters – Prior maintenance or handyman experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
This job does NOT include facility cleaning.
Salary : $19 - $22
