Job Description
The Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for leading software implementation projects for NextGenTime and Scheduling applications. This includes creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, providing oversight and leadership during project execution, and taking ownership of the project process and communication frameworks.
Requirements:
- Experience with Sprint planning.
- Experience with Java development teams in an AWS environment overseeing deployments and implementations.
- Experience leading Scrum of Scrums.
- Experience identifying and aligning dependencies.
- Experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining Jira.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with ADP or Time Management/Payroll Solutions is a plus.
- PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
