Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Omaha, Nebraska (5 Days Onsite)
Compensation: $64/Hour W2
Contract To Hire: Yes
The Scrum Master is responsible for leading/supporting scrum teams that are engaging in delivering complex, high priority projects in a product driven organization. Must be proficient with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum and Kanban) with the ability to blend in legacy practices when encountered. Scrum master should be proficient in leveraging common industry tools, terms, best practices, and have a continuous improvement mindset. Must be able to work with distributed teams, both physical locations and time zones
In this role, you can expect to:
• Execute as a Scrum Master and provide agile leadership to one or more teams.
• Maintain and grow an environment that enables teams to embrace agile values, enact agile practices, continually assess and abide by agreements.
• Lead and continuously refine agile ceremonies.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Integrate agile practices within our internal project delivery processes, and implementations.
• Be committed to meet/exceed the needs of our clients.
• Provide clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
• Facilitate and manage scrum/project communications to stakeholders, the broader project team, and program leaders.

Basic skills and qualifications for consideration:
• A bachelors degree in computer science or related field of study is required, and other hands-on experience will be considered.
• Minimum: 8 years of SDLC experience as either a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or other contributing role.
• Minimum: 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
• Execute on Scrum Master that include organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum/Kanban-related meetings
• Work in financial services or related industry strongly recommended
• Proficient in Jira and Clarity as day to day working tools
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items.
