· Pay – We offer a start wage of $13.50, with a shift differential of 10%

· Vacation – Earn 40 hours after your 1st year of service and 80 hours after 2 years of service

· Shift – 2nd Shift Positions are available. We offer a 4 x 10 hr shift schedule, Monday – Thursday. Mandatory overtime may be required, based on production requirements.

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a packager for an exciting company!

As a Packager, you will be responsible for packaging and production of adhesives, sealants and lubricants in an assembly line setting. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing setting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing the required PPE at all times

· Promote a safe work environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company standards.

· Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications

· Clean equipment and work area

· Maintain accurate production records

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in small groups

· Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 pounds unassisted
