Job Overview :

The Construction Operations Coordinator will provide essential support in managing daily construction operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who is passionate about the construction industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will assist with scheduling, resource allocation, vendor management, and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in coordinating daily construction operations, including project schedules, materials, and workforce allocation.
• Support the Operations Manager and project teams with logistics, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and safety records.
• Monitor job site safety compliance and assist with safety protocol enforcement.
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing files, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to by tracking project milestones and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in managing project permits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources are aligned for successful project completion.
• Assist with post-project wrap-up tasks, including invoicing and client follow-up.
