A well established CPA firm that provides accounting and tax services to diverse industry business clients and individuals is seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to handle the administrative tasks of the business.
Responsibilities include:
· Client support: Phone calls, emails, and assist with inquiries
· Working knowledge and optimization of Microsoft Office 365
· Manage contacts, draft emails, and other Microsoft Outlook functions
· Receptionist and clerical duties such as filing, scanning, letter writing and editing
· Tax return assembly and preparation of Form 1099 for clients
· Creating and maintaining company files
· Human resources support and special projects when required
· Basic bookkeeping - strong knowledge of excel to create spreadsheets
· Client invoicing and credit card processing
Requirements:
· Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
· Experience in public accounting and/or financial services industry preferred
· Understanding of investment account application process, documentation, and preparation
· Thomson Reuters Practice CS Accounting software and Greatland Yearli Premier program knowledge (preferred but willing to train)
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
