Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is a unique hybrid position combining office management duties with key HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office while supporting HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, compliance, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, facility coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules, including managing conference room bookings and technology setup.
- Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace policies and HR-related questions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in office administration, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or office management software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
