What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Matrix Mediation, LLC?
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office and on the phone, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. preparing mediation rooms at the end of the day and for the next day, administrative work including using word to create notices of mediation, zoom assistance to mediators and clients, e-filing documents, and scheduling using outlook).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a 5-Star customer service environment at all times
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as first point of contact for clients
- Assist clients and mediators with zoom
- Create notices of mediations using Microsoft Word
- File documents in the Florida E-Portal
- Prepare mediation rooms/clean mediation rooms after use
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Helpful: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
