Qualifications:
A. An understanding of the Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK)

B. Business Analyst CBAP (The IIBA.org) Certification or PMI BA Certification or Scrum Certification or other industry equivalent certification.
Required Experience:
A. At least five (5) years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Requirement Lifecycle and Requirement Management to include the following:

· Requirements elicitation and definition
· Requirements planning and management
· Gap analysis
· Requirement documentation
· Requirement verification and validation

· Solution assessment and validation.
B. Prior experience and expertise in at least four of the following types of systems:
· Asset Management System
· Budget System
· Document Management System
· Financial System
· Infrastructure Support
· Maintenance Management
· Management Reporting
· Procurement Systems
· Project/Program/Portfolio Management Systems
· Business Process Improvement
C. Prior experience creating use cases for System Design (e.g. system personalization/customization) support
D. Prior experience leading and supporting efforts where SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies were employed
E. Solid understanding current and emerging IT products, services, processes, and methodologies along with a continuing understanding of business functions and processes
F. Excellent contract management, coordination and organizational skills
G. Familiar with JIRA, or other requirement management applications
