Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional development and effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations, address employee relations issues, and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations and update policies and procedures as necessary
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage employee benefits programs and collaborate with external vendors as needed
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience 5 years in a HR role, with a strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
