Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, and process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring seamless distribution, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficiency in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, manage relationships, and oversee purchasing processes.
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, liaising with freight carriers and suppliers.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee order processing and fulfillment to meet customer expectations on delivery timelines and accuracy.
- Technology & Reporting: Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to generate reports, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in operations management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, procurement, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
