Express Service Advisor

Matt Blatt Nissan is seeking a customer-focused and efficient Express Service Advisor to join our service team. As an Express Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate service to customers who require quick maintenance and basic vehicle services. Compensation: $1200 biweekly with monthly sales and CSI bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, quickly assessing their service needs
• Provide recommendations and guidance on basic vehicle services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Accurately document customer information, service requests, and vehicle details
• Calculate and provide estimates for service costs, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the service team to prioritize and schedule express service appointments for efficient workflow
• Communicate with customers regarding service progress, additional recommended services, and any delays or changes to the estimated completion time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including managing service records and paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Express Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance services and their intervals
• Proficient computer skills for managing service records and communicating with customers
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $600.00 - $750.00 per week
