Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, accurately identifying required parts using vehicle identification numbers (VINs), and providing detailed product information.
Checking stock availability, locating parts within the warehouse, processing orders, and managing backorders.
Providing accurate pricing, generating parts invoices, processing payments, and handling returns.
Utilizing parts database systems to look up part numbers, check compatibility, and access pricing information.
Picking, packing, and preparing parts for customer pick-up or delivery.
Receiving new inventory, verifying quantities, and maintaining organized stock levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
