- Train, and monitor the performance of all service department staff
- Oversee day to day operations in the shop
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of customers experience by carrying out additional assignments
- Communicate with vendors
- Oversee shop tooling equipment
- Delegate work in the service workshop
- Enforce safety requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Implement department policies
- 2-5 years prior experience
- Experience with Honda/Acura a plus
- Experience with high volume
