$200,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Consistently follow up with leads to expand the sales pipeline and drive growth opportunities.
- Draft and present purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate smooth and efficient closing processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build client trust, ensure satisfaction, and enhance sales volume.
- Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their home needs and preferences, and guide them to suitable options.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted geographic areas to support team growth.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about local communities and potential properties to address their inquiries confidently.
- Collaborate with buyer and seller clients to refine their home criteria and successfully close transactions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
