Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
- Use various methods (job boards, social media, databases, networking, referrals, etc.) to find potential candidates.
- Advertise job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and company websites.
Screening Applicants:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Job Matching:
- Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure they are kept informed about the hiring process.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule candidates for interviews
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing details on the company, position, and expected interview process.
Collaboration with the Director of Human Resources :
- Work closely with DHR to understand job requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
- Provide insights on labor market trends and assist in the development of job descriptions.
Candidate Assessment:
- Administer pre-employment tests, reference checks, and background checks to assess candidates’ skills and suitability for the role.
- Provide recommendations on potential candidates.
Offer Management:
- Present job offers to selected candidates, including discussing compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Assist with negotiation if necessary.
Onboarding Support:
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, training schedules, and introductions to the company culture.
Database Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Track recruitment progress and generate reports on hiring metrics.
Networking:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job fairs, conferences, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay informed about industry trends and hiring best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: An associate degree in human resources, business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is required
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
