JOB ROLES:
Responsible for helping grow enrollment at SST Schools by generating calls, emails, and text messages to prospective families with the main goal of providing them information about the amazing opportunities offered by SST in order to support prospective families in making a well-informed decision in regard to their child’s educational placement in an SST School.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience as a Tele sales Representative or similar customer service or sales role is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the campus.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
Ability and willingness to learn about SST services, specifications, and benefits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reach out to prospective families to present our school and provide information families may need to make a decision about educational placement.
Follow up on all leads generated through the websites, Let’s Talk, Social Media, Niche, and all other means. This will be done in a variety of ways including but not limited to; Phone calls, emails, texts, SM DMs, in-person meetings
Lead all open houses for all schools in your region
Lead a set number of school campus tours per month
Attend community events in parts of town close to SST Campuses with preference given to areas where campuses with lower enrollment are located.
Analyze data to look for more efficient ways to generate leads and connect with existing leads
Visit early childhood centers in order to establish relationships and encourage matriculation to SST Schools in grades not served by said centers
Visit SST Campuses that feed into an SST HS and encourage enrollment in the transition year
Track all leads on the lead tracking sheet.

Address any questions or issues customers may have
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
Direct prospects and leads to the campus level team
Keep and maintain an updated customer database
Measure identified KPIs
Always strive towards meeting enrollment/application quotas
Track and document calls and sales
Update client records
Prepare and present achievements and KPIs
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
Position is in an office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
Moderate travel is required.
