We’re currently looking for a dynamic, results-focused Talent & Culture Specialist to join our Human Resources team, working with employees across the agency. The Talent & Culture Specialist is responsible for leading our talent acquisition program, along with supporting functionality and agency programs, with a focus on employee retention and culture.
Here’s the mix of what you’ll be doing day to day :
- Full Cycle Recruiting : Job posting, screening, coordinating interviews with hiring team, preparing and sending offers, conducting reference & background checks
- Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions & Job Profiles
- Owning JazzHR (the ATS we use)
- Learning & Development : Manage our Matter U program, help develop programs for professional development for managers, company-wide professional development, and required trainings
- Time & Attendance : Support Finance in timesheet compliance and ClickUp time tracking adoption and enforcement
- PTO Management : Ensure employees are following the correct PTO process and process those requests in the HRIS (iSolved).
- Own the Matter Minute, our internal newsletter on a monthly basis.
- Own and manage the Internship program
- Own and manage the New Hire Buddy program
- Own and manage our Mentor program
- Help support the various ERGs & Committees, particularly the Helping Hands Committee
- Assist with maintaining a strong employee culture across all offices
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
