Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with production department employees to identify and address issues related to manufacturing equipment.
• Utilize SAP to schedule and manage all preventive maintenance activities in the department.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to manufacturing equipment.
• Provide after-hours support, including assisting shift maintenance teams with complex equipment issues when necessary.
• Diagnose and repair intricate machine and process issues, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system faults.
• Ensure a full understanding of critical machine settings and configurations.
• Analyze process-related issues, resolving them through repairs or adjustments based on factory OEM specifications.
• Complete repairs efficiently and within budget, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Properly allocate parts to the appropriate work order and cost center.
• Investigate breakdowns to identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Continuously monitor equipment operations to detect potential issues that may affect performance or lead to breakdowns.

Professional Experience:

• At least five years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, demonstrating hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and repair.
• A minimum of two years of specialized experience with equipment relevant to the area of responsibility.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical drive systems, and electrical controls.

Education & Skills:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency for work order management and parts tracking.
• Ability to utilize SAP or similar software for maintenance planning and parts management.

Pay: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
