Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to capitalize on the lucrative 300% monthly new business bonus program
  • Manage and coach a team of sales professionals
  • Provide leadership in the community
  • Prospect and market commercial insurance and take advantage of the ability to broker commercial insurance not desired by Farmers insurance
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

    • Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
  • At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required
  • Life & Health license is a plus
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Must be motivated and determined with excellent communication skills
