What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR Manager position at Matthews Animal Clinic?
Matthews Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing and compassionate full time CSR manager. We are a privately owned fast paced and growing clinic. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with the public, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Experience as a manager is required. Experience as a veterinary receptionists is a plus, but not required.
Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing scheduling for front desk staff
- Manage daily front desk operations.
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff.
- Address and resolve front desk staff inquiries and complaints.
CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Checking clients in/out
- Managing a multi-line phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicating with veterinarians and support staff
- Multi-tasking in a calm organized manner
- Client Communications
