What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Cashier/Receptionist position at Matthews Auto Group?
Essential Job Duties:
The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.
- Take incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination
- Offer pleasant meet and greet attitude towards customers, vendors, employees
- Process customer payments, accepting cash, check, or credit card
- Set appointments for estimates and vehicle drop-off's
- Creating purchase orders
- Make check requests
- Call insurance companies for payments
- Open and close the office
- Order supplies
- Assist with month-end schedules
- Scan files as needed
- Check lot weekly to record on-site vehicles and record on a spreadsheet
- Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.

Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years customer service or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to participate in in-house and outside training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
