What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Department Advisor position at Matthews Auto Group?
Essential Job Duties:
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for dealership
- Referring to the parts manuals to identify exactly the correct parts for the make, model and year of the vehicle being serviced
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Develop customer relationships and provide professional product knowledge
- Maintaining quality control standards by checking each item as it is received or shipped.
- Adhering to the highest standards of safety in the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, processes and safety requirements
- Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
- Other job duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Automotive Parts or Warehouse

- Basic computer & typing skills
- Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
