McCoy Medical is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and nurture strong business relationships that grow our company brand. McCoy Medical is a division of Matthews Group of Companies and distributes medical supplies to medical students and professionals across the US.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wage: $18/hour

Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and nurture strong business relationships
- Share your expertise with a friendly presence on phone, email, chat
- Provide product knowledge and actively listen to customer needs
- Manage products, vendors, and orders in our inventory system
- Provide timely and accurate communication to Sales and Buying Teams using CRM software
Qualifications
- High School, some college preferred
- 1 year of Administrative, Customer Service, Retail experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel
- Exceptional communicator, adept at proper business writing
- Responsible work habits, organized, detail oriented
- Pre-employment drug test and background check is required
