POSITION SUMMARY
The SGK Print Utility Operator role provides support in all areas of the print shop, locates, prepares and cleans screens, stages material, and removes finished product from press line.
This full-time role will work onsite at our facility in East Butler, Monday through Thursday, from 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tapes screens in preparation for printing.
- De-tapes and pre-cleans screens in preparation for reclaim.
- Operate assigned equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules.
- Performs work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
- Monitors quality points at work station and records required data.
- Reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor.
- Cross trains on all work stations within department.
- Conducts operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Keeps work environment neat and clean.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal to no prior experience.
- Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
