We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for setting appointments, following up on service leads, and providing top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Outbound calling to confirm, schedule, and follow up on service appointments • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system • Work closely with service advisors and managers to ensure a seamless customer experience • Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals and bonus benchmarks • Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM software • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
