CNC Machinist / Programmer

A manufacturing company in Racine, WI is looking for CNC Machinists to join their 1st shift team. This is a  DIRECT HIRE  opportunity!

Requirements of the CNC Machinist / Programmer

  • Ability to read / work from drawings, blueprints, setup and operation instructions, material specifications, and / or production orders
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T
  • MasterCAM programming

Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist / Programmer

  • Create, load, edit, and store CNC programs in G and M code
  • Run test programs and / or test materials before the start of operations
  • Make edits or corrections to the CAD program, work shifts, or tool offsets on the machine controller to improve part quality or run-time efficiency
  • Setup CNC Lathes and Mills and adjust a wide variety of machines to produce a diversified line of parts having close dimensional and work quality
  • Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts

    • Schedule is 1st shift,  DIRECT HIRE

    Pay is $28.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience
