Position Overview :
As a CNC Programmer, you will play a critical role in our operations, programming and setting up CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older CNC machines and will thrive in an environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key. Experience with Swiss machines is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to develop precise programs.
- Work with older CNC machines, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure part accuracy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and maximize machine efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
