What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Account Manager position at Mattina Insurance Agency, Inc.?
Essential Functions
• Knowledge on all lines of business including auto, homeowners, flood, boat, umbrella, etc.
• Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system
• Collect all information needed for quotes including inspections
• Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines
• Use our Superior Option of Carriers to up-sell current book of business.
• Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to New Business Coordinator
• Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured
• Make and receive calls to agency insureds regarding in a professional and courteous manner
• Independent servicing of assigned book of business with premium of 2-3 million
• Work with department processor to receive calls of any endorsement, payment, questions, or claims
• Assist the with excess workflow
• Other duties as assigned
