About the Position
Mattison is seeking a team member to serve as a Membership & Events Coordinator. The role of the Coordinator is to work directly with staff and volunteers to carry out responsibilities which may include:
- Successfully completes client projects and responsibilities ensuring timeliness, successful planning, monitoring, tracking, completion, and review of all projects.
- Helps coordinate committees.
- Follows client budgets and ensures accurate fiduciary duties.
- Implements client sponsorship programs and fulfillment.
- Establishes personal relationships with significant committee chairs.
- Plans, executes, and attends client events and activities.
- Suggests proactive solutions to client problems, evaluates and recommends strategies to strengthen client activities.
- Maintains client membership records.
- Provides day-to-day administrative duties and office support as necessary.
- Implements final copy of client communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience with planning and executing both small (50-100 individuals) and large (500 individuals) events
- Strong marketing skills
- Event coordination/management skills required
- Degree, Certification or 3 years of experience in related field
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of databases

Work Environment and Schedule
Mattison’s offices are headquartered in Indianapolis, IN; travel throughout the state of Indiana may be required. The person hired for this position will be required to be in-person.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
