Your New Part-Time Role:

• Dive into our Manager-in-Training program, learning sales, merchandising, store execution, and sales administration.
• Be proactive and follow up with customers before they need to follow up with you.
• Participate in engaging product and sales training.
• Work 2-3 days a week, including evenings and some Saturdays—prime shopping times.
• Join a fantastic team that’s always ready to support each other.

What You Need:

• Attention to detail—small errors can mean big problems for customers!
• A mix of 2 years’ experience in Military, Sales, Customer Service, or Management, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Compensation:

• $17 per hour plus bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Monthly and signing bonuses

Schedule:

• Wednesday/Thursday, occasional Saturday
