Here are the details of your new career as a Sales Professional with Mattress Firm:
You will get to participate in our Manager-in-Training program and learn our sales process, merchandising, store execution, and sales administration.
You will follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you.
You will participate in numerous product and sales training.
You will work 40 hours a week, including nights and weekends because well, it’s retail sales and those are the times people like to shop.
You will be incredibly well compensated for your time and skills. Yearly income: 55,000-120,000.

Qualifications you need:
You’re going to have to be accurate and detail oriented. Small errors turn into big problems for your guests!
You’ll need a combination of at least 5 years of the following: Military Experience, Sales, Customer Service, or Management experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
You’ll have to pass a standard background check.
