Sales Operations Associate

Job Description - Experienced Sales Rep / Sales Manager in Training

The following is a list of basic requirements but not entire job description:

* Marketing, Promoting, Sales, and Merchandising experience are required.
* Must be willing and able to make posts/ads using any of the marketing tools used (including but not limited to Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, LetGo, OfferUp, etc)

• Must be willing to help on deliveries and assemblies (as needed), must be good with tools and instructions to assemble.

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 Years Sales and/or Management experience

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours of operation are 10am-8pm but pending deliveries that time may need to be adjusted to fit the business needs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without assistance using proper lifting techniques.
• Needs to be available for any orders delivered and be able to place orders as needed.
• Must be willing to learn new tasks to continue helping grow the business.
• Has to be able to follow directions as given and meet all deadlines given.
• Must demonstrate EXCELLENT customer service and organizational skills.

• Needs to be able to use Microsoft Office and other programs to create and edit forms as needed.

• Must be able to keep store clean and organized.
• Needs to maintain a professional appearance at all times when representing the business.
• Needs a minimum of a HS diploma but an associate or bachelor in business, marketing, or any kind of business field would be highly preferred.

• Previous furniture store experience is preferred.
• Others tasks as assigned by manager/owner.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
