Contract Recruiter – Law Firm

Matura Farrington has partnered with a national law firm that is seeking a contract Firmwide Recruiter to assist with many job opening requisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services recruiting and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across all our client’s offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the firm's national offices
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Arrange and conduct interviews, including scheduling and logistics management
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate the negotiation process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and analytics
• Collaborate with HR team on onboarding processes for new hires
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or legal industry
• Proven track record of successful placements in a national or multi-office setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Schedule and Compensation:

Position will be hybrid – 3 days a week in the office after two weeks of training in the office.

Salary will depend on experience. Range is $30.00-$45.00/hr.
