Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire orientation.
- Support benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee records management.
- Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and firm policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters and HR reporting as needed.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the firm.
What We’re Looking For :
Compensation :
65k - $85k annually depending on relevant experience.
