A law firm based in West LA is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including managing conference room bookings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist various departments with additional clerical duties, including preparing reports, updating records, and proofreading documents.
