A regional law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Services Clerk to join their team. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing support in administrative tasks, facilities management, and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Set up conference rooms for meetings and events, ensuring necessary materials and equipment are in place.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Support printing, copying, and binding of documents.
- Assist with other office support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous office services or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
