- Forklift experience preferred (if no forklift experience, training is required)
- Ability to lift 11 – 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, twist, and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold environments
- Comfortable with extensive walking
- Sweep and maintain floors
- Shovel material and debris
- Operate mobile sweeper equipment
- Perform painting tasks as needed
- Collect loose debris throughout the plant and department
- Operate a forklift to move and sweep material
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
