Position Overview:
Becky Maug Cleaning, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and reliable individual to join our cleaning team in Eau Claire, WI. Qualifying employee(s) will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch cleaning services by filling in for team members who are off or called in. This dynamic role requires a self-motived individual with high attention to details, ability to adapt to changing environment, and a commitment to upholding our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform cleaning duties to deliver consistent, high quality cleaning services and meet client satisfaction.
· Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards.
· Adapt to changes and unexpected situations with professionalism.
· Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
· Self-starter with proactive attitude and excellent follow-through.
· Strong multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Enjoy working in the field and driving to different locations in the Chippewa Valley area.
· Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
· Successfully pass a criminal background check.
