What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Maui Divers Jewelry?

This position will be responsible for various maintenance and repair projects at our corporate building and all the retail stores.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Light patchwork and painting
Assist in emergency situations, specifically calls after hours
Set up showcases at stores
General building/store repairs
Lifting, stocking of supplies, cleanup, and moving materials and tools
Clean, repair and trouble shoot to fix machines in Factory
Landscape maintenance
Janitorial services as needed
Operate machinery
Special renovation projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
Clean driving record
Stand for long periods
Bend, squat, twist to small and awkward areas
Work in different environment indoor/outdoor and various temperatures
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry experience preferred
1 year related experience involving building trades or operation and service to buildings and facilities or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver's License'
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in oral, written or diagram form
Ability to work in environment with moderate noise level
Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures and perform work in a safe manner
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Special projects will be assigned as needed.
