The major function of this position is:
Custom fit and dispense Maui Jim sunglasses at Corporate Sales and Incentive Meetings, Golf and Flying Jimmy events. Coordinate logistics of events for assigned Corporate Gifts sales manager(s).
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
In order of importance, the principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:
- Travel 100% of the time to Maui Jim promotional events to custom fit and dispense sunglasses to Maui Jim customers at Corporate Gift, Golf and Flying Jimmy events.
- Work with clients at event for on-site logistics and event procedures.
- Set-up, tear-down, inventory, and coordinate the station and all promotional items at the events.
- Complete paperwork and event order forms for events for assigned Sales Manager(s).
- Project a professional image to all customers while presenting company services and policies.
- Effectively utilize literature and promotional material supplied by the Company.
- Oversee distribution of Rx Conversion Cards for customer Rx inquiries at events.
- Work with Corporate Gifts Manager on marketing projects as needed.
- Backup retail lobby as needed.
- Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.
Desired Qualifications
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. 2 years of advanced customer service experience.
Desired Qualifications in lieu of education
6 years of advanced customer service experience. 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
