We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Advertising Sales Representative to grow and support our advertiser base. You'll connect Maui-based businesses, resorts and cultural organizations with readers who love and value the island – offering tailored print and digital marketing solutions that get results.

- Prospect and pitch advertising opportunities to businesses and organizations on Maui and across Hawaiʻi
- Create targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone and direct marketing
- Write and deliver personalized sales proposals and marketing materials
- Manage client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Input and maintain sales activity, orders and notes in the CRM system
- Track sales progress and contribute to forecasting and budget goals
- Collaborate with management on sales strategy, special projects and seasonal campaigns
Requirements include 2 years' experience in advertising, media, sales or business development; excellent communication, persuasion and customer service skills; comfort working remotely with digital tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets); familiarity with print advertising or regional/lifestyle publications is a plus; and Maui residency or strong familiarity with the island is preferred.
