What You’ll Do
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Support training, compliance tracking, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate evaluations, meetings, and company-wide calendars.
- Assist with policy documentation, reporting, and company events that promote teamwork and recognition.
- Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries while escalating complex issues to the HR Director.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Experience with HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and a valid driver’s license for HR-related errands or mobile support.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.86 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
