Experienced Vacation Rental Cleaner

Join our team as a Vacation Rental Housekeeper and help us deliver top-tier experiences for visitors to Maui! This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and sanitize vacation rental properties to the highest standards.
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are refreshed and beautifully presented.
• Conduct inventory checks for cleaning supplies and guest essentials.
• Communicate any damages or maintenance needs to the property manager.
• Maintain consistency in meeting deadlines for guest check-ins and turnovers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in cleaning vacation rentals, hotels, or similar properties.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation.
• Dependability and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various properties in Kihei and Maalea.
• Availability on weekends and holidays (some our busiest times).
