POSITION AVAILABLE: Long-Term Substitute - 8th Grade Math/Algebra
BUILDING ASSIGNMENT: Maumee Middle School
JOB STATUS: Full Time (Starting approximately 2/27/25)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license.
Appropriate State of Ohio teaching certificate/license.
Demonstrate a sincere desire to aid all students.
Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide effective instruction for the students assigned to him/her.
Regularly monitor student progress and provide intervention (remedial and/or enrichment) as needed.
To communicate effectively with parents.
To establish a positive rapport with students to motivate and encourage their best efforts.
To function as a contributing member of the academic team.
COMPENSATION:
$125 a day
