Job Description
The base salary range for this position is $105k - $130k.
As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
- Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
