Job Description
The base salary for this position is $23.12 hourly.
Our Pool & Beach Food Runner is essential to the successful operation of our Pool & Beach Food Truck. This person will primarily be responsible to organize and deliver quality food presentations in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate servicing areas. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment and provide consistent, luxury guest experiences. Previous food running experience preferred.
- Deliver all prepared food (hot & cold) with appropriate service utensils, condiments and sauces.
- Preparation of proper supplies in food service areas to include but not limited to (oval tray, utensils, plates, bowls, napkins, bread service basket, trays, etc.) Set-up and break down of bread station; preparation of all condiments and butter.
- Assists cooks in set-up and break down of buffet to include skirting of tables, under-liners for serving utensils, sauces, dressings, food labels and delivering of prepared food.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in all guest service areas and in all food preparation areas.
- Folding of napkins for soups, bread, underline oval trays, and to include roll-ups.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
